Historic Fox Theater

The Historic Centralia Fox Theater Board is being renovated, and the Board wants their space to be greatly utilized when the renovation is complete.  They want to draw in a local audience, as well as a regional audience coming from Seattle and Portland.

Strategies We Used

Digital Storytelling: We proposed doing heavy storytelling on Facebook and Instagram throughout the renovation process to help people build a relationship with the theater.

Persona and Tone Meeting: We meet with the Board and ask lots of questions to clarify WHO we’re talking to and HOW we’re communicating with them.

Campaign Planning: We decide with the Board what themes will be pushed throughout the content over the upcoming quarter.

Facebook and Instagram Posts: Spry employees or contract photographers go out to the site with a shot list to get visual assets to use for each campaign.

Facebook Advertising: Spry creates, analyzes and optimizes Facebook ads to increase the reach and engagement of their posts in their local community and surrounding regions.

Presence Management: Spry responds to comments within the posts to increase engagement and develop a sense of community between followers and the brand.

Outcomes

After first quarter, the social engagement rate is up by 265%
