Special Guest Interview with Jana Dean

Published May 18, 2021

This week, we were lucky enough to interview Jana Dean. She’s the founder of Jana Dean Coaching and Hypnosis and has some wonderful advice on how we can live a healthier life learning to cohabitate with our social media.

Here are a few tidbits to preview the podcast:

“The difficulties that I’m seeing in the younger age bracket is the pressure to BE whatever it is that they’re seeing… It’s identity based. Whereas, in my older clients, the people that haven’t had social media while growing up, it’s more of a frustration that something is controlling them like this, they want to change it because they know there’s a different way of being.”

“We have to begin training the mind to notice our enoughness, and how we’re showing up in really wonderful ways in the world and in our lives.”
